Syndication

What is syndication? Horse ownership syndication is when a group of people come together to purchase shares in a promising horse for a professional event rider. These shares not only cover the actual cost to buy the horse, but the annual costs needed to maintain the horse. For example, if you are joining a horse ownership syndication which offers 10 shares, then you and 9 other people will own that event horse and help maintain the costs of your event horse on an annual basis. The good news is that all of these costs are usually predetermined, and syndications come in many affordable price ranges!

Vicki Baker Eventing is looking to put together two different types of horse ownership syndications:

Upper-Level

The journey of watching a prospect develop into an upper-level event horse is almost as exhilarating as watching him tackle the cross-country course.  As a share owner of a syndicated event horse, you’ll get a “backstage pass” to the action of training sessions, exclusive competitions, and the pride associated with being part of creating an upper-level Three-Day-Event horse.  Join VBE in this exciting journey today—Vicki is looking for her next 4-Star mount.  Contact Vicki to learn more about this opportunity.

Resale

Every horseperson knows the business is filled with risks.  But, sharing this risk and reward with those in your syndicate potentially lessens your exposure of investing in a resale prospect.  Although there are no guarantees of making a profit, it’s exciting to find a “diamond in the rough” and share the costs and risks of your investment with others.  You’ll also be sharing the reward of selling a potentially competitive prospect for a profit and enjoying the journey along the way. Contact Vicki Baker Eventing today about investing in a resale horse.
